A brief history...
My husband, Michael, and I have lived in New London with our family for 20 years. While we will always be considered "flat-landers"(from Massachusetts), we are very proud to call New Hampshire our home. We are truly blessed to live in a picturesque community nestled in the hills of the countryside - a preferred destination for many vacationers.
During the course of my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals and businesses in the real estate, international trade, finance, legal, and accounting fields from Boston to Chicago to Miami and New York. My early career focused on real estate investments, in particular historic rehabilitations, which were the premier fodder for investors seeking investment tax credits prior to the 1986 tax law change. Subsequent to the tax law change my focus shifted to business and real estate investments in Indiana and Florida. Along the way, I became a partner in a start-up in NYC, which is now a publicly traded REIT.
Subsequent ventures included real estate development in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and ownership of a retail shop in Duxbury, Massachusetts. All these great opportunities positioned me well for my current and future endeavors.
